Large drying room
Product introduction:
The drying room is made of high temperature resistant plate and equipped with a unique design of strong pressure blast circulation system combining horizontal and vertical air supply, so as to make the temperature more uniform. The product is made of angle steel, steel plate and stainless steel plate. High density aluminum silicate fiber is filled between the shell and the studio for thermal insulation, with superior thermal insulation performance. The stainless steel heater (or steam radiator) is installed in the air duct at the bottom of the studio. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent digital display temperature controller with PID intelligent adjustment function.
Main purpose:
The factory is used for centralized heating of large objects or a large number of workpieces, or constant temperature aging test of products.

◆ studio material: stainless steel wire drawing plate (consistent with the plate of elevator)
◆ working room temperature: room temperature ~ 150 ℃ (adjustable)
◆ temperature control accuracy: plus or minus 2 ℃
◆ temperature control mode: PID digital display, intelligent temperature control, key setting, LED digital display
◆ heating equipment: stainless steel heating pipe (service life can reach more than 40000 hours)
◆ air supply mode: double air duct horizontal + vertical air supply
◆ air supply mode: special blower motor for long shaft high temperature resistant oven + special multi wing wind wheel for oven
◆ timing device: 1s ~ 9999h constant temperature timing, pre baking time, automatically cut off heating and buzzer alarm when the time is up
◆ safety protection: leakage protection, fan overload protection and over temperature protection
